1.) We do not offer refunds or credits after the purchase of tickets.

2.) Adult supervision is required at all times.

3.) We are a socks only facility (no bare feet).  

4.) Running and jumping, or throwing of items throughout all play areas is not permitted. 

5.) Waivers are required prior to entry.

6.) No nut products are to be eaten in our facility due to allergies.

7.) Please do not allow children to climb up the slides.

8.) There is no rough housing allowed. 

9.) Please keep the balls in the ball pit areas.

10). Please be aware that our carousel safely supports children 45 pounds & under.

11.) Please share toys with others. 

12.) Strollers need to stay parked in the entryway area.
